BI Publisher Manage Schedules takes 58 seconds to query

I wonder if any of you experts have seen this issue before:

BI Publisher Manage Schedules takes 58 seconds to query 

Cloud-based Production JWA pod
Oracle BI for Fusion SAAS
Oracle Business Intelligence 11.1.1.7.140225

After I log into Oracle BI for Fusion, customer click on "Home".
Next, clicks on "Report Jobs" (both of these steps are documented in an attachment).

When the next screen is rendered, entitled Oracle Business Intelligence Manage Schedules" a nearly-blind search/query is executed automatically.
The problem: that search takes between 54 and 58 seconds to complete. Ultimately it returns only 6 records.
(Quoting 54 - 58 seconds, I am referring to actual stopwatch values on multiple days, multiple machines, multiple users).
