Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. After applying two patches using adpatch:

p16546976_R12.FND.B_R12_GENERIC.zip & p17716166_R12.PJC.B_R12_GENERIC.zip

All users are encountering the following after logging into the application

"there are no active responsibilities available for this user"
