Legal Entity Question

Hello Team,

Our business has asked us to move one legal entity from ledger and create a new ledger and link legal entity being moved. In this case will I have to create same legal entity one more time with some name variation as I do not find a way to de-link from existing ledger. Oracle does not allow us to use the same registration number again at time of creation of new legal entity.
