How to delete a file before run export

Hi - How can I delete a file from the Harddrive before I run the export again using calc script? I found that some times, if there is a data line in export file generated for the 1st time export which should not not exist in the 2nd export file (because of data changed), then due to the file is not really delete that line would still appear in my 2nd time exported file, hence every time I need to manually delete the file before I run again the export calc script. Is there more intelligent way?
