Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. can 'log file sync' wait event be reduced by LGnn in 12c

currently on 11.2.0.3

we have 'log file sync' on top wait event list,

and since there are new processes 'LGnn' in 12c

could this wait event be reduced ?
