AR Customer Account set up under wrong Customer name

Hello, I have an Oracle AR Customer name with 3 Accounts listed under it. Each account is a valid account with valid sites. However, 2 of those accounts do not belong to the customer. Can tose incorrect accounts be moved from the customer that they are associated to to a new customer to be created with the correct name and attributes? I want the account number to remain the same.
