Use Start and Stop Times for OTL for Oracle Project Layouts

Hi

I want to be able to create a new layout for OTL that we use for projects - not for payrol - that will record the start and stop times like you can with payroll OTL.

Firstly is this possible?  and secondly - if it is, can you point me towards a good guide for this?
