how to set security in DD (form/report/app..)

Hi, ...

1_I need set security in DD, enable security in DD to read/see the item but not to modify it

Files attached:
DD:  without select button, and can't select nothing, ..so I need button to select and then see several tabs, ..

DD2: I need to see like this

DD3: what is the correct setting to read/see the rows and then doble-click and read/see different tabs

DD4: how to set button OK don't display?

DD5: press + and no display! version

2_what are DD report?...so I set security it too

3_what means scroll to end option?
