We are on 12.1.3 and use projects .When runnig the Cost Collection Manager to transfer transactions from Inventory over to Projects the transaction fails with the error (can be seen material transactions under inventory module).This particular transaction is a PO delivery to stock transaction.

No capitalization accounts were obtained  from the manufacturing  subledger for this transaction.  Either the cost distributor failed or the setup may have changed since the transaction was initiated and before the cost collector was run.
