Existing connection issue in RPAS 12.0.3 - Reconnecting After Losing a Client-Server Connection

We are using RPAS 12.0.3. Whenever the client-server connection closes abruptly due to system restart or network problems, users are facing problem while logging in again. RPAS throws an error saying "there is an existing connection" and we need to kill the session (stopUser in DomainDaemon).

I am aware that it has been fixed in 13 and higher versions. Is there any solution/workaround for RPAS 12.0.3 version?

Any help on this is highly appreciated.
