Need to know how we can clean-up Subscription IB instances

All,

Wen we implemented subscriptions we had no choice but to have IB instances created. Now with Doc 1577695.1 and Bug 16810056 and Patch 16810056:R12.OKS.B there is a choice.

Now the question is how can we cleanup IB. We would like to delete/expire/zap all the IB subscription instances...Is there an approve script or method to do this?
