Debrief - Insufficient Privileges Error

Hello,

We just upgraded to R12.

I am getting an error from one of the responsibility when clicking on Debrief as follows: "You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator."

The same works for other responsibilities.

Tried checking that Debrief and Update Task functiosn are included in the menu and they are.

Added the entire submenu "CSX_CUSTOMER_SUPPORT". Still no success.

Has anyone seen this issue? Know how to solve it?
