Create interaction outcome

Hi,

Using the responsibility Interaction History JSP Admin I created an outcome. Then I went to eBusiness Center responsibility and started and wraped up interaction. The new outcome is not visible in the outcome LOV. Am I missing anything? Any ideas much appreciated?
