Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Please advise the maximum re balancing power that can be setup for disk re balancing in asm.

Also,why raw device are preferred for asm.I am not sure what exactly a raw device is?
