OTL: It take long to to compete report "Attendance detail report"

Dear,

I have an issue that it take long time (up to 8 hours) to complete the report "Attendance Detail Report" that I put the parameter rang only one day.

we need to do achieve ? and how many year that we could keep the data in the time and labor schema ?

Note: before it is working fine but it is now.

Please advise?
