Future dated Orders are getting started/completed immediately in clustered (HA) environment

Does anyone have an idea why a Future dated Orders are getting started/completed immediately in clustered (HA) environment, however the same orders are working fine in single instance (non-cluster)? I know this is an environment dependent issue but (even with the help of the Support/Engr. team) we can't figure out why. Envi..OSM : 7.2.0.8, Weblogic: 10.3.5.

Also, does any one know the actual field name that stores "Calculated Order Start Date time"?
