In oracle Doc Using BI Publisher with Oracle JDeveloper - 11g Release 1 (11.1.1)

Under Point 10.2 Installing the BI Publisher Extension

Download the BI Publisher extension for JDeveloper, BI Publisher ADF Components, from one of the following locations:

But I couldn't find any thing related to BI Publisher Extension in any of them. Where can I find this extension?
