Summary Availability and Quality Test Results

Two questions related to the Summary Availability (P41202) application:

1. This shows an item and lot as "F"  even though it did pass the quality tests.

2, The screen shows "I" and "F" instead of "P" and "F". Any clue what "I" stands for?
