Apply an order level modifier to the net price(Discount on total Sales Order Value in Oracle order m

Dear All,

We have the following business need:

We need to create a sales order discount on the total value (apply an order level modifier to the net price)

Example:

Order#2015001

Item   Price   QTY    Total
X         3       100     300
Y         4       200      800
 
  Total                     1100
  Discount        5%       55
  Grand                    1045

Is there any way to achieve this business need without using item or customer discount since it is a line level discount (It will not record the original amount and the discounted amount).

Last year we raised an SR for this issue. But the answer that it was not applicable for now and that there was an existing enhancement request BUG:2137771.
