Xorg process used all memory

Hi,

We have Linux server for Oracle Database , Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.1. The database server was running from long time. From last few weeks the problem is started that system become hangs and needs to reboot to perform well.

Server memory has upgraded from 4G to 8G still same problem.

We have set SGA + PGA= 1700M. when I checked in the top command output , almost all the remaining memory is used by Xorg proces.

Please help on this .
