Oracle Webcenter Sites - Can't find query parameters in Sites scope?

In oracle web center sites, although that URI assembler (QueryAssembler is registered) I can't seem to find them in in sites scope, in turn I can't use them in cache criteria.

The log seams to disassembles URI's (on trace level).

The site uses vanity URL on all page assets.

How can I fix this ?
