The PeopleSoft FMS Expenses Approvals / Workflow Interactive Assistant [ Note 1635142.2 ] is Live!

The Interactive Assistant guides the user step-by-step through the troubleshooting flow, responding to each user selection (menu radio button click) to present the next step and so on until the list of Solutions (KM documents) is presented.
The EX Approvals / Workflow Interactive Assistant categorizes 180+ knowledge notes across all release/versions (9.2, 9.1, 9.0, 8.9 & Below).
