Sales Order Heade Closed after Book

Hi Guys,

   We are using Order Management to make sales agreements and sales orders to make deliveries to the customers. recently we have 3 sales order that are showing as Booked (on sales order form) but the same are not showing on Shipping Transactions form.

After review it was observed that the workflow is showing CLOSE_HEADER_PROCESS right after approval

Kindly share: 1) is there a way to further proceed the sales order (or should we just cancel the sales orders and make new)?

2) why does the system (randomly) close a sales order on booking?
