CPU Utilization

Hello

We have been using R12.1.1. on IBM Power Server using OS AIX 6.1. We found CPU utilization more than 90%. We contacted with IBM . They have shared there analysis where application is using more 90% of CPU . Pl find attached analysis from IBM. Pl look into and advice.
