how can i reset license seats in citrix server

Hi,  recently my user has migrated old citrix server to new server . After finished, they found out their number of licenses is not accurate. It should be 19X in total. But the screen only showed 45 out of 45...

Pls see attached.

Pls guide on how to reset number of license in citrix server

Spec:

E810, 8.97.2.1

Ent server : Win2003 enterprise

DB : SQL2005
