Proposals not following Arabic Language

Hi Team,

Here I am facing an Unusual problem, I have created a proposal from the Proposal option. Proposal is created however, the customer name was in the Arabic, so when I hit the Preview/download it I found the Customer name which is in the Arabic language is coming in the corrupted manner.

Further, we have already installed the Arabic language support in the WORD 2013 but still it is coming in the corrupted manner.

Below is the Customer name which should reflect in the Proposal form.

احمد عبد الصبور

I have attached the Proposal actually we cannot upload .RTF file so I copied the content and attached for your reference. Please review and advice at the earliest.
