ST OT cost not updated

We are using 8.12 version. I am facing following issue with STOT order:

1. First we create ST order, at this time price in ST is "Zero". So in OT, cost updated is "Zero"

2. After that we add price in ST by overriding advance pricing. But the issus is that this update price is not getting populated in OT as cost.

What can be the reason for the same?
