Transact move order with lot allocation

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We are in R12.1.3

I would like to allocate Lot and Qty in Sales orders' Move order (remove auto allocated and allocate manually) using API -- What is API for this. Please provide sample code if anyone have.

Then i need to transact this particular move order which have Lot/Qty modified as per our requirement - Please provide API name with sample code if you have.
