Filter values in prompts

Hi community!

we need your support for this situation. We have a dashboard with three variables in prompts (Year, Quarter, Account Name). The prompt for Account Name show too many values.

We want to include another variable in the prompt, for example Region, and filter the prompt Account Name, only for the Accounts in the Region selected.

Is this posible?
