Oracle Net 12c: New Database to Listener registration feature - LREG

With the release of 12.1, PMON no longer directly handles Service registration to the Listener.

This has now become a function of a new Background Process called LREG (standing for Listener Registration).

The process shows up as ora_lreg_sid-name

LREG can also be traced using the same methods as one would trace PMON.
