upgrade ODA 11.2.0.4.1 standby

Hello,

I have a ODA primary 11.2.0.3.4 with ODA standby 11.2.0.4.1 , as well as a single instance 11.2.0.3.4

my plans are to switch to the ODA 11.2.0.4.1 as the new primary (i'll be dropping the old primary (11.2.0.3.4))

since i'm going from 11.2.0.3.4, when i try and open 11.2.0.4.1, what SQL (catbundle.sql , etc) do i have to run

do i have to run 11.2.0.4.0 SQL scripts then the 11.2.0.4.1 scripts or just the 11.2.0.4.1 scripts?

reason i ask is because Patch 17478514 - 11.2.0.4.1 Patch Set Update, mentions it can only be applied to 11.2.0.4.0)
