Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Creating hold during order import

Hi,

I want to hold the order during order import, I try to populate

OE_ACTIONS_IFACE_ALL

but as order is not created I cannot pass the value =HOLD_TYPE_ID=.

Is there anyway to create the hold through/during order import?
