Problems applying FA RPC 17080568 - FACLX05.pll

While installing the RPC (Fixed Assets)  17080568 R12.AP.B on our 12.1.2 instance i ran into the following issue:

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au            resource             FACLX05.pll

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms Library Files.

Continue as if it were successful [No]:

/****************************************************************************/

Has anyone run into this issue while installing the latest Fixed Assets RPC (sept 2013)?  If you have what direction did you take (continue/not continue) and what other problems were encountered if any, if you were not able to resolve yourself??
