Drop down list with no values appears for requirements that are setup with range list of values

Is anyone elase having this issue?

Drop down list with no values appears for requirements that are setup with range list of values

When we create a requirement question with scoring Method - Automatic and Value Type as Number and give a range of acceptable values, that range doesn't come up as a drop down for the supplier.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

-----------------------

Expect drop down list show some information when Value Type = Number.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Sourcing Super User as a buyer

2. Create an RFI

3. At the Header section Add Requirement
