R12.1.3 - How do costs flow from a project based PO/Receipt/AP Invoice?

Hi,

We have projects based PO/Receipt/AP Invoice. We want to know how will the costs flow to projects. Is it from the Receipt or AP Invoice? How do we ensure that the costs are not interfaced twice to Projects?
