Is there an extract for the Configuration Comparison Report?

Hi - Is there an extract for the OEM 12c (12.1.0.3) Configuration Comparison Report.  We need to start comparing our environments - maybe run the report and send to individuals.  A link into OEM via email doesn't accomplish that - and I haven't seen that anyway.   Also - I would rather not invent a new report in BiPub when OEM already contains the engine.  Are there instructions on how to create a BiPub Report from OEM's setup.
