RPM 14.0 install guide - clarification needed

In the RPM 14.0 install guide, under the section "Review and/or Configure Oracle Single Sign-On", is the following text - listed after step 22:

Then in Oracle Access Manager, set the protection of the resources in the Application Domain that has been registered for the RPM application. You must protect the /rpm-client/launch resource and unprotect the rest:

Resource URL: / rpm-client/launch

Protection Level: Protected

Authentication Policy: Protected Resource Policy

Authorization Policy: Protected Resource Policy

Resource URL: / rpm-client/.../*

Protection Level: Unprotected

Authentication Policy: Public Resource Policy

Authorization Policy: Public Resource Policy


It's unclear where these steps are performed in OAM...  Has anyone successfully configured this step?  The example shown seems vague, and like it would probably have some syntax issues if taken literally... Just curious if anyone that has successfully configured RPM 14.0 for SSO authentication has more specifics on the above step.  Thanks in advance.
