F5 Issue with custom PR file: Open UI 8.1.1.11.5

Team,

1. We have upgraded to Siebel 8.1.1.11.5. refer the point #1 of the attached word doc.

2. We have a requirement to show Embargoed customer in Orange background. Please download & register the below mentioned js file. You may use some other fields

JS File: BOMYOPSAccountListPR.js

Refer the point# 2-4 of the attached word doc.

The applet is not coming if we press F5.

3. This issue is not occurring where pr files are not present.
