Error while applying patch 7427746

The table is missing the index FA_RETIREMENTS_N3
or index FA_RETIREMENTS_N3 exists on another table.
Create it with the statement:
Start time for statement below is: Mon May 12 2014 11:39:15

CREATE INDEX FA.FA_RETIREMENTS_N3 ON FA.FA_RETIREMENTS (STATUS) LOGGING
