Query regarding Siebel Upgrade from 8.1.1.7 to 8.2.2.4

1. Is it possible to upgrade from 8.1.1.7 to 8.2.2.4.
2. As there is no available option to select 8.2.x version during upgrade process from 8.1.1.7, so how can we upgrade to 8.2.x.
