EMCC R12.1.3 Installation

Hi,

I am new to OEM 12c, currently we are running on 11g(11.1.0.1) OEM and planing to go for 12c EMCC.

We followed approach of 12c Fresh Installation on new hardware using 11g OEM database (Repository) by cloning on it. Installation went successfull after droping schemas and grants and able to open EM console, however we are not able to open Admin server console , getting IE page can not displayed error.. When I refered document Admin server default port is 7001, but mine is running on 7103.

Is the approach we followed is correct, If we used existing database for 12c what data will carry forward ?
