CPU utilization

Hello

We have been using R12.1.1.  and database version 11.1.07 on IBM Power Server using OS AIX 6.1. We found CPU utilization is  more than 90%. We contacted with IBM . They have analyzed the issue and shared there findings.  Pl find attached  analysis from IBM. and look into and advice.
