R12.1.3 : After applying Patch 18000282 on R12.1.3 instance we got error in compiling liberary APPRE

Hi Support,

While applying patch 18000282 we got the below error

following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au resource APPREPAY.pll


When checked the worker log , we found the following

ERROR generating library "resource/APPREPAY.plx" from input file
/tgejvi/applmgr/1200/au/12.0.0/resource/APPREPAY.pll

Results of library generation:
(from file /tgejvi/applmgr/1200/au/12.0.0/resource/APPREPAY.err
AD Worker has deleted the original .err file)

Compilation errors on UNAPPLY_PREPAYS_FR_PREPAY:
PL/SQL ERROR 201 at line 172, column 12
identifier 'V$PARAMETER' must be declared
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 170, column 7
SQL Statement ignored
