Faulty search results

There’s something with the search function that doesn’t seem right.

I have PowerView On with only Acme Packet products. If I do a search on * for Acme Packet 4500, I get all kind of information from Documentation, Acme related stuff from System Handbook and nothing from Knowledge Base.
