I am in the process of applying the

Oracle E-Business Suite Releases 11i and 12 Critical Patch Update Knowledge Document (April 2014)

on our Oracle EBS- 12.1.3 .

I am trying to understand, what does this line (highlighted below) mean, in the document 1614525.1, under section

In table below in document id 1614525.1 it mentions patch Patch 17472952 (R12.TXK.B) for Oracle EBS - 12.1.3
