Having issues with Web ADI - Project Transaction Import - PAXTTRXB

We are experiencing an issues with Projects Web ADI : Project Transaction Import - PAXTTRXB on our patching instance, where the number fields are see in interface are more than what it was earlier but those are disabled. The main issues is with columns Organization Name, Debit Acct and Credit Acct.

The Organization Name column in a spreadsheet has list of values when i double click it throws an error.

Exception Name: oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneInvalidException - Invalid Operating Unit , Please Enter a Valid Operating Unit. Log File Bookmark: 2239901

The issues with Debt Acct and Credit Acct column is there are 6 column displayed i.e. COMPANY, BUSINESS UNIT, ACCOUNT, DEPARTMENT, PRODUCT, PROJECT where as earlier i used to see only one column that use to have lov which populates CCID and Account Description on select it use to insert the CCID in the cell.
