Unable to enter the Actual Start or Completed date after Work Order is released

§Problem Description: The actual work is done off shift and the actual Work Order isn’t created until the next day.  When the Work Order is created the Scheduled Start Date and Scheduled Complete Date defaults to the current date.  If this date isn’t corrected while the WO is in a DRAFT status the system will always default back the original date even if the dates are corrected.  You will not be able to enter the correct date the work was completed.
