Looking for CHIEF EXECUTIVE NAME/TITLE associated with Suppliers

My customer would like a report showing the SUPPLIER_NAME/NUMBER, CHIEF EXECUTIVE NAME, CHIEF EXECUTIVE TITLE based on the info seen in this path in EBS (12.0.6 in our case).  PAYABLES==>SUPPLIERS==>ORGANIZATION==>(CHIEF EXECUTIVE NAME/TITLE).  So far, I've done a search for similar column names and found these below, but, I have no idea how to tie that in to info in ap.ap_suppliers, etc...
