I can't link Oracle Sales with Product Hierarchy for oracle version 12.1.3

Hi

I have trying set up catalog category for define Product Hierarchy, for link Oracle Sales with products at leads or opportunities using the product information manual, but when i try catalogs, categories and items, i can´t do it. Because i dont see the items en browse catalog in the item manager.

Also i don't  find which manual is the correct.

Someone can help me please?
