Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. ApplyPromotion doesn't seem to work in FS Agreements

Hi,

I'm trying to add a bundle promotion in the FS Agreements Line Items applet but the promotion is not applied, i.e. the components are not exploded.

The same promotion does get exploded in the Quote.

Normally FS agreement support most of the C/OM features as in Quote or Order.

I checked other stuffs that work fine:

CxP with default cardinality on child items get correctly exploded
Dynamic Pricing
E&C

Promotion bundle should work too, I think.

Tested in a Server environment (8.1.1.11.5) and in sample (8.1.1.11.6) to no avail.

I checked the log file, no obvious or relevant errors, but business service "ISS Promotion Management Service" is indeed not triggered.
